Shipping policy

Each product on the Sudder Studios website will be clearly labeled in the item description as either In Stock or Made to Order.

  • In Stock items are available for immediate fulfillment.

  • Made to Order items are activated when an item is out of stock and require additional production time.

Made to Order Items

Made to Order pieces are crafted especially for you.

  • Please allow up to 6 weeks for production before your order ships.

  • This timeline may vary slightly depending on material availability and production volume, but we will always keep you updated.

In Stock Items

In Stock items are processed and shipped promptly.

  • Shipping time for in-stock orders is typically 3–5 business days after processing.

  • Processing time is usually 1–2 business days.

Mixed Orders

If your order contains both In Stock and Made to Order items, the order may be shipped together once all items are complete unless otherwise specified. You may request split shipping by contacting customer support (additional shipping fees may apply).

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
